A WTCBIA delegation led by Dr Amit Saxena Chairman Education Committee met the Ambassador of Ethopia in India along with Mr Roshan Agrawal and Secretariat team and discussed the probable areas of cooperation between India & Ethopia

A significant meeting of the WTCBIA delegation took place on 16th January at the Embassy of Burkina Faso in India with His Excellency Dr. Désiré Boniface Some.

The delegation was led by Dr. Amit Saxena, Chair of the Education Committee, WTCBIA; Dr. Yogesh Srivastav, Director General, WTCBIA; Ms. Shikha Sabherwal, Deputy Director General, WTCBIA; and Mr. Roshan Aggarwal, Chair of Sparsh Global Group.

The discussion highlighted avenues for strengthening ties and fostering collaborative opportunities between India and Burkina Faso. Mr. Aggarwal delivered an insightful presentation on his businesses, with a special focus on Sparsh Global’s activities and initiatives.

The meeting concluded on a positive note, exchanging warm New Year greetings and a shared commitment to future cooperation.

A new year lunch meeting was organised by WTCBIA Media Committee with diplomats & from Romania , South Korea  & Ukraine  along with Chairman & Editor in chief, Blitz India & former ADC to President of India Sq Ldr Ankur Pal along with Dr Yogesh Srivastav, Director General, WTCBIA. DG gave a brief profile of business association and its tasks of 2025.

Meeting with Mr Ionug Mircea Viziru, Trade Head, Embassy of Romania in New Delhi and Sr Members of WTCBIA and explored the possibilities to organise a business conference with Romania Embassy.

Interface with Ms Maria Wejs Domzalska, Minister Counsellor, Embassy of Poland in India and shared the objectives of WTCBIA and its proposed plan to have a meaningful business conference Polish Embassy on the similar lines of Dec 2023 conference at Polish Embassy, New Delhi.

Interface with Chairman Vedanta Shri Anil Agarwal, known professionally as metal king. An amazing success story of a businessman who started from Bihar and his empire is a globally well known. It was proud privilege to meet him during HT Leadership Summit 2024.
